How does it work?
1. *PING* You're notified of a needed service request.
You will receive a push-notification indicating that your tenant has submitted a needed service request. This request will indicate the type of request, location on the property, and urgency-level. You can also submit needed service requests yourself!
2. Contact your needed company.
Based on the type of request, you will automatically be directed to the top-rated vendors servicing your location in the Helm app. From there, you will be able to contact these companies and schedule the needed request, all while keeping tenants notified with in-app updates on their request!
2. Complete the request and mark it off your to-do list.
It's that easy! Helm will notify you throughout the process of finishing the service request. Once completed, you have the ability to communicate that to the tenant, bill them if necessary, and mark it off your to-do list!
